Financial Donations
The Dugout Club is a volunteer 501(c)(3) organization consisting of board members and many parent volunteers who help provide financial and organizational support to the Hudson Raider High School Baseball program. We rely heavily on our fundraising efforts to support our players as they move through the program.
With the support of your donations and fundraising efforts we're able to provide many items/experiences for our players that aren't funded by the school district. That's why we're grateful for ANY and ALL donations you're able to make. Our goal is to create a positive and memorable High School Baseball experience for each one of our kids. Our efforts include but aren't limited to:
- Provide funding for: baseballs, netting for the cages, tarps, turtle shells for pitching mounds, looking at purchasing additional pitching machines, ATV use to drag the field, hotel expenses for overnight baseball trips, pizza for after games, heavy baseball coats for cold spring games, team t-shirts, cancer night shirts and much more.
- Coordinate special events: Veterans Night-honoring veterans on the field, (donating to the veterans), Cancer night (donating to the Rhino's Foundation),Youth baseball nights, team building events and meals at players homes.
- Assisting the Coaching Staff: Provide assistance to the coaching staff by coordinating concessions, announcers at games, music, senior banners and everything else to make game day a great experience for all.
- Scholarships: We provide scholarships for a few of our seniors. We require each of them to write essays to be considered and an outside source reads and chooses the winners.
