2026 Varsity Subhouse Form

Please select the sandwich option(s) your player would like included in their away game meal. All meals include a sandwich on white bread, chips, bottled water and a cookie.  Meals will be delivered to the team bus at the high school for AWAY games.  Mayo will be included in a packet.

Selection costs will be multiplied by 10 to cover all away games.
